    Description

    For sale is 1 pc of a 1-3/4" - 12 UNF TPI GH4 HSS PLUG TAP 6 Flute , EXC COND. GOLIATH brand, made in Canada-I think.
    The flutes are ground so the teeth cut at a positive rake, to make tapping easier.(see end pic as other taps are not). The shank is about 1.427" dia, and the drive square is about .1.070". I checked out the cutting edges under a microscope and my 34 years experience as a machinist says this has about 90-95% of its use left in it yet. So it is still in exc shape.
