Vintage Rockwell retirement lamp in original box 40 - 882 lamp attachment

For sale is this Rockwell Lamp Attachment model 40-882.  The item pictured is the one you will receive.  It has never been used.  I opened the bag that was stapled with the parts in order to show the instructions.  It does look to have marks on it but I believe they are from the factory.  The only one I am sure is not is some of the plating has worn off on the inside of the lamp where the bulb goes, see the pictures, you can see the copper is showing. The box itself is beat up , it has been sitting around since the 70's.  If you have questions please ask.
